Center owners/directors wear multiple hats during a single business day. In this training session, we will review the following responsibilities they bear and discuss how they can leverage technology for each of these to be more effective. This includes:
We will discuss available technologies/solutions and how to use them (and what not to do). An important focus area is communication between parents and child care providers. We will try to raise the awareness about the communication gap between directors/teachers and young tech savvy millennial parents and to provide solutions on how to bridge the gap.
