WCCAA 2018 Annual Conference - VENDOR Registration

The Wisconsin Child Care Administrators Association (WCCAA) is hosting its Annual Conference at The Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake  in February. We invite you to host an exhibitor table on Thursday, February 8, 2018.

We are anticipating more than 200 owners, directors, administrators and champions of the child care industry.

Vendor tables will be located in the main conference ballroom, providing attendees with ample opportunity to visit the exhibits.

NEW in 2018!

• Expanded vendor hours on Thursday - 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• A breakfast dine-around and afternoon networking blitz with food and beverages will all take place in the vendor area.
• Increased vendor time over the lunch break.
  
• "Vendor Bingo" options for attendees
• Board members will specifically vendors on Wednesday and Thurday during the general sessions.  
  

Vendor registration includes a vendor booth, electricity (upon request), Thursday conference and lunch for up to two people, and access to the WCCAA hotel room block discount.

Vendor Benefits

• Attendance for up to 2 people on the Thursday of the conference.
• Electricity if requested
• 6’ table, skirted, and chairs
  
• Business name, company info and contact info listed in the conference packet.
• Thursday boxed lunch for the number of people who are registered as Vendors for a booth. (Max. 2 people. WCCAA will not be selling additional meals).
• Opportunity to reserve a room at the hotel on the WCCAA room block.
• Opportunity to donate to the silent auction. 

• Participants must register as a Vendor prior to the conference. If a Vendor booth will have two people working, both names must be submitted. Only Vendors with conference name badges will be allowed at their booth.
• Vendors must pay for registration prior to the conference.
•  Vendors must check in at the registration desk upon arrival on Thursday morning.  
• Vendors can substitute from their company on-site if the original Vendor registrant cannot attend.
• Vendor booths are open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Vendors will be assigned table space prior to the conference.
• No more than two representatives per firm will be allowed unless additional conference registrations are purchased.
