About Caroline Jens

Caroline Jens is a high-energy achiever with over 25 years’ experience in the finance and child care industry. During those years, Caroline worked as Executive Director for an independent, multi-location child care center in Wisconsin.

Nearly two years ago Caroline started a web design and internet marketing company specifically focused on the child care niche. She also consults with centers across the nation to help them strategize on growing their business, retaining employees, recruitment, and business operations.  This last October Caroline released her first book for child care center owners and leaders called P.R.O.F.I.T.S Child Care Success Formula.
