The Concourse Hotel Room Block: To reserve an overnight room at The Madison Concourse Hotel & Governor’s Lounge using the WCCAA room block, please call 608-257-6000. State that you are with WCCAA Annual Conference (or group ID 688207) and an agent will book your reservation at the group room block pricing. Alternatively, reservations can be made online using the group web link: https://reservations.travelclick.com/6388?groupID=2282045 The deadline to make your hotel reservations is midnight on January 14, 2019.
Conference Rates: Members and non-members have the option to attend 1, 2, or all 3 days of the conference. Members: Click the Register button to log-in and access the member rates.
Sched App Registration: A separate link will be sent to you granting you access to log into the Sched app and start setting up your conference schedule. Please allow 7-10 business days for the link to be sent via email. If you do not receive a link in that time frame, please reach out to us at contactwccaa@gmail.com.
