As professionals, we teach children how to play nice with friends by sharing, helping and speaking kindly. Have adults forgotten how to play nice at work and what does that look like in our field? This webinar will address ways to encourage employees to play well with their co-workers.

This webinar qualifies for Registry credit.

Presented by: Kim Fabich, Co-Founder of Work & Family Consulting

Kim Fabich is cofounder and president of Work & Family Consulting, Inc.  As an Early Childhood consultant, she has over three decades of experience in training and educating Early Childhood professionals.  

Kim believes that the continuing education of Early Childhood professionals is most important for sustaining high quality early childhood services.  Kim provides excellent content, design, and delivery methods during training sessions, with the goals of allowing participants to reflect on their current practice and equipping them with tools that will help them to be successful in their roles.  Kim and her staff at Work & Family Consulting are dedicated to meeting customer needs with high quality course work and training and providing exceptional customer service.

Kim currently serves on The Registry Professional Development Approval System and the Training & Technical Assistant course curriculum committee.  She has been a part time instructor in Early Childhood Education in the Wisconsin Technical College System for 8 years.
