This webinar will be an overview of what knowledge, skills, and dispositions are needed to becoming an effective mentor to your staff and others in the field, and possibly a Community-based mentor. In Fall of 2018, UW-Whitewater launched its new Early Child Care and Education program; a non-license bachelor’s degree program focused on either leadership or teaching in the early childhood field. Students seeking this degree will be connected with a Community-based mentor during the final capstone semester through an internship or field experience. If you are interested in learning more about mentoring or becoming a Community-based mentor, attend this informational webinar.

This webinar qualifies for Registry credit.
