Janet has been working in the field for 20 years, and during that time started as an entry level teacher assistant and worked all of the way up to Executive Director. At the peak of her career, she was in charge of 13 staff and which cared for over 100 families. Janet began teaching her staff various classes to help solve the issue with little or no continuing education classes available in their neck of the woods. She now travels to various conferences teaching other professionals through her business, Chiave Success. Janet has been able to do on-site trainings for other child care facilities throughout the states of WI, IL, MN, and MI. Her passion began with teaching and molding little minds, and grew into modeling developmentally appropriate practices to the adults who are now in charge of molding those little minds.
