The Professionalism for Child Care Teachers webinar  is geared to create a foundation of how professionalism can be enhanced in the field, and the impact on children and families served. This session supports participants in self reflection of behavior that may occur that may and may not be appropriate for the child care setting. The objects for the webinar will be to define professionalism, discuss the five domains of child care professionalism, as well as the importance of professional boundaries. 


This webinar qualifies for Registry credit.

Presented by: Cleopatra Echols

Cleopatra Echols obtained her Graduate Degree from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and is a lifelong resident of the City of Milwaukee. Cleopatra has held direct service, volunteer service as well as leadership roles in the field of social services (publicly and privately) during her 20 plus year career. Cleopatra has experience in child welfare, adult protection services, contract monitoring, disability services, corrections, AODA counseling as well as community organizing.

Always working in effort to impact the stability, well- being, and growth of families. As well as the positive development of children.  Cleopatra has adopted a trauma informed, strengths based approach when providing service. Cleopatra believes that positive growth and stability of a community starts with the growth and stability of each person in that community.
