We are looking for vendors to join us at the WCCAA Conference on April 30th and May 1st, 2026! This event will have a variety of child care owners, directors, and administrator's.

Cost
Vendor spaces will be 10 feet by 10 feet and will have 1 table and 2 chairs provided. The spaces will be $325 each and an additional cost of $25 if you need a spot with electricity.
Lunch for Thursday and Friday along with Breakfast on Friday is included for 2 individuals per vendor table registration.

Vendor Times
Participants will start arriving on April 30th at 8am for the event and will be able to visit your table during the following times.
Thursday April 30th- 8-9am, 11:45am-1:30pm, and 5-5:30pm
Friday May 1st- 8-9am and 11:45am-1pm
VENDOR SET UP TIMES
Wednesday April 29th from 4-5pm
Thursday April 30th from 7-8am
